How We Ship

The plants you order are removed from their pots and soil with roots wrapped in a damp paper towel. We then carefully pack your plants to ensure live delivery. Orders are sent using USPS and include tracking information. A flat rate of $11 is applied for shipping costs at checkout. Upon receipt, be prepared to pot up your new plants in your preferred carnivorous plant soil mix.

If there are any issues with the condition of your plant upon arrival, please email us and we will help troubleshoot the problem or negotiate a replacement.

During the winter dormancy period (October-April) temperate plants will appear smaller as they are resting. Leaves will be trimmed prior to shipping and you will receive the plant as a bareroot rhizome. New growth and flowers resume in Spring, and actively growing plants will be shipped with all leaves intact.
